My order arrived Thursday. I want a full refund. First and foremost, your website made me believe I was buying Australian products ( first attachment) especially as you claimed to be shipping by Australia Post. My parcel came from China! ( 2nd attachment). If I wanted to buy from China, I could have bought the exact same thing from Temu for much cheaper (3rd attachment). The weeding rake did not even come with a handle!😡
So, I am claiming your touted 90 day money back guarantee, because I am definitely NOT satisfied.
This was not cheap. I expected more. Firstly, why give a flat head screw and not countersink hole? After a little digging no matter how secure these screws are they come loose, which brings me to my second point. After digging the vibration loosens the plastic handle connectors, so you need to keep stopping to tighten. Major design flaw in my opinion. Thirdly, the end kept falling off. If you only have a couple of weeds to pull these might be okay, but for the price, it's easier to pull weeds by hand. This did not save my back at all. Wasted money. Refund?
I am rather disappointed with this tool, I expected to be able to pull the weeds out easily but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. My husband also tried to use it but he was surprised he couldn't eventhough he used both ends of it. Yes it's very sturdy and feels of good quality materials however it doesn't grab them from the roots
Good for hard to get places in garden. Website was a bit crazy when purchasing. Can't go back to change order. Offered me and extra 5% off but turned out to be a second device and was charged. There was no confirming of order after this. Email was returned & phone call was not answered. A bit dodgy!

It's saves getting down on sore knees, is so easy to use and does a great job. I purchased the small handle one first but then saw the long handle one so ordered that, not sorry I did so. Really happy with both.
The "Uprooting Tool Pro" is made of a durable stainless steel handle that is easy to assemble and adjustable, which is convenient to alter the length. The cutting and weeding hoe head is made of a durable gauge steel. Which seems to indicate it will last quite a long time. Haven't used it yet but I plan to. The screws and nuts that were send to tighten the head to the pole do not screw properly meaning I can’t tighten the uproot head to the pole and use the tool
Properly. I thought I was getting a quality product but it is like I have purchased the product of Temu
I moved into a rental that has no garden and no grass area, but red soil/clay combo. When I received this product I couldn't wait to use it. The days have had rain on and off for days and the weeds had shot up. I thought since the ground is damp and the sun is out, it would be a good time to test it out. Well, do not try to use it, especially on this type of soil, it's like mud to my surprise, and it just clogged up the prongs. I stopped for a an hour or so and tried again to see if it made a difference. The soil was a still a bit wet, but it did rip the surface weeds out easily and works great when getting those stubborn weeds out which have deeper roots. It's nice and sharp so be careful when assembling.
