Don’t buy cheap shit and sell it as a quality item. Pack weak flimsy plastic items into a box so it doesn’t get crushed in the mail. Add some sections to the shovel handle, a one foot handle is ridiculous. Overall the postage time, quality of materials and your ability to post items ensuring no damage in postage all suck. Very overpriced crap. Not happy.
Terrible experience with long wait time for delivery. Damaged product on arrival. Flimsy, completely useless handle that cannot stand up to any sized human weight to push into ground. A joke. Super disappointed at the false advertising, state at delivery and useless device.
Dodgy Chinese drop shipper than supplies cheap crap at a premium price, won’t honour their return policy or reply to emails. Looks like I’ll be joining the long list of people lodging a complaint with the ACCC and starting a dispute with my bank.

You could reply to my emails and fix my issues with this product. It came damaged and missing parts and I haven’t had any response from your support team. I rang the phone number and this was disconnected. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
Shaft sheared at bolts on first day of use. Had aerated less than 5 m2 of grass before the damage occurred. Unit was assembled and operated as per the provided instructions.
I was sent a different product that did not include items as described in my purchase. Customer service is terrible, they are refusing to give me instructions on how to return this unwanted item. This business does not operate within Australian consumer law.

You could improve by not selling this absolute rubbish product. The stitching is incomplete, the bottom opening does not close even when the straps are completely utilised, there is still holes for produce to fall through in the bottom. It is made of extremely flimsy material that absolutely would not hold up to it's intended purpose. I simply cannot believe how poor quality this product is. I will be seeking a complete refund.
BEWARE!!! The first photo I have attached was what I bought, the second photo attached was what I received - and they are nothing alike. There was no adapter kit included as the packaging promoted. In fact, my purchase has proved to me a complete waste of money. I have since written to the company and received a written apology. They requested photos or what I ordered, and what I received, saying they would get back to me. I am still waiting. Two days later I received their response. They claimed the two items were the same. Does not matter how you clip the bag up. When you put fruit in the bag it all falls out the sides. Works for a little bit then the weight of the fruit pushes out through the material and out the gaps in the sides.

1 weed and the tool is bent and buckled. Soil was slightly moist and not hard.
The package was damaged - at the post office. Top right hand corner torn. There were no screws to attach the handle, and I can only assume they fell out. I cannot use it until I find and buy some bolts that will work. As I live in the country it will be 2-3 weeks until I get to a hardware I feel like I should have gone with a different supplier. Disappointed and let down. Wanted to add one star but it would not accept it.

I bought this mainly for the grow light to raise seedlings indoors, as the birds are destroying my garden seedlings. The plants emerge, and grow towards the grow light. They are spindly and reluctant to develop the 2nd set of leaves, even after a couple weeks. This product needs to be redesigned with a better grow light. It doesn't do the job I bought it for - growing healthly seedlings indoors.
Provide the product you advertise. No mounting hardware even though it clearly highlights on the box in the advertising. Packed in a box of a completely different product. Then when reached out advised mounting hardware isn’t included. Wish I saw other people’s reviews before ordering. Awaiting a refund. Absolute scam.
The product took over 9 months to arrive. Unable to contact anyone, so did contact the bank to report a scam. Did receive a "bonus gift" of a piece of blue plastic - unsure of its use! Pieces rusted. Very unhappy with product and whole process.

This was not cheap. I expected more. Firstly, why give a flat head screw and not countersink hole? After a little digging no matter how secure these screws are they come loose, which brings me to my second point. After digging the vibration loosens the plastic handle connectors, so you need to keep stopping to tighten. Major design flaw in my opinion. Thirdly, the end kept falling off. If you only have a couple of weeds to pull these might be okay, but for the price, it's easier to pull weeds by hand. This did not save my back at all. Wasted money. Refund?

This is an absolute joke and a massive scam! Cheap sh#t made in China! Doesn’t come with any fittings or instructions. How are we meant to use it!
