The hose has three holes in it at this stage, only used it twice. Not very happy with the product.
This is the second time I have tried to use this product with limited success. The hose is not durable and springs leaks as shown. Whilst great in theory, the quality of the hose material Is poor.
Absolute rubbish do not buy this product. You can’t get in touch with them. If you have a problem their address phone number all bogus. Try emailing them. You just get AI response. The guarantee isn’t worth the paper. It’s written on.
First impressions were very promising, but within a week the hose was unusable. Trying to contact this company is near on if possible phone number It’s not connected and after an initial, we’ll see what we can do. Email nothing!!!!! Repeated emails have not been acknowledged so disappointed as I thought I was dealing with a reputable Australian company.
What rubbish! - filling the world with this cheap, nasty product that is unusable after 6 months - water pouring everywhere, flooding the area & making a mess. Disgraceful- then you have the cheek to fill you page with rave reviews. Shame job! lol & using the gotcha advertising…”only 18 left”! You make me sick
Absolutely do not buy this hose! It failed after 4 months of use and the company refuses to acknowledge my emails when I asked for a refund! I’m disgusted! The phone number is disconnected so there is no way to contact them! Absolutely disgraceful!

I needed this to replace another hose that was way too heavy and didn’t work well with my hose storage. Luckily this was exactly what I needed. It was easy to use very lightweight and didn’t appear to show any kinks while I was watering and putting it away.
Very sturdy and strong doesn’t bend very good quality, worth the money!

Cool hose, the most important thing is that it is light and now you don't need to put a lot of effort into moving it around the area, because the previous one was very heavy, so it was used for watering and always lies there, and I use this one with pleasure
Lightweight enough for me to carry with one hand, and I have arthritis. Total game changer!
Hose is very lightweight! That is a definite plus being an amputee on uneven ground. The hose has standard hookups which makes it easy to use right out of the box. It seems to be good quality kink resistant materials, after using it daily since buying it.
Finally, a hose that doesn’t kink! I can water my whole garden without stopping every 2 minutes to untangle it.

This is our second expandable hose from Garden Mate. Loved the first one so much.
I was very excited to use the hose when it arrived but found I needed to change all my fittings as this one has a narrow gauge. I haven't get purchased anything that will help me use the hose. I am disappointed that I must have missed that part of the spec.

I previously bought a cheap version of an expandable hose and loved using it BUT it did spring a leak after about 12 weeks of use making it useless thereafter. So I have spent more money on this hose and love the use of it. The hose build feels much more tough and robust, so am looking forward to a long long use of it.
Hose was delivered promptly after ordering and included all required attachments. I now have two of these in different sizes. Really impressed how light the hose is and kink - free.
