The product took over 9 months to arrive. Unable to contact anyone, so did contact the bank to report a scam. Did receive a "bonus gift" of a piece of blue plastic - unsure of its use! Pieces rusted. Very unhappy with product and whole process.
Rusted, chipped and broke blades after a week of use, the battery lasts no longer than 20 minutes and takes hrs to recharge. I bought this based on the reviews, now I’m starting to think they were AI reviews. Don’t bother buying unless you have Astro-turf.
I sent you people an email to say I am very unhappy with this purchase. I consider it to be dangerous. 1. There are not enough safety guards over the very sharp blade. 2. It does not turn off as soon as you ask it to. 3. If the grass is not even it digs into the ground. I requested a refund. 4. The plastic blade broke immediately. I think Consumer Affairs should be notified about this product!
Took forever to arrive and nut missing from wheel bolt. Need a nut for the bolt please.
The battery won’t charge.
There wasnt a clear & easy to follow instruction manual. All the pieces were in a box all mixed together & not wrapped in plastic. The items were just thrown inside the box it seems. It looks gimmicky. I would like to return it.

There is nothing I did not like about this lawn trimmer. It does everything it says it's supposed to do and does it all well. Worth the money.
The plain flat steel blades work very well. They do get dinged up on rocks, but they are double sided, aka reversible and can be resharpened. The saw blade works for really thick shrubs. Otherwise battery life is excellent.
I purchased this lawn trimmer to clear out some overgrown in the fence row. Using the dual blade attachment I was able to clear the brush with no trouble.
As I am getting older, my old weed trimmer was too big and heavy. I have a large yard that my riding lawn mover can cut. Since I received this one, I can do our entire area in a short time and it is much easier on my body. Pain free!

The items arrived on time and in good condition. It does not look very sturdy, but it did the job needed.
The tool is not as safe to use as I had hoped. The screw/nut that holds the blade on keeps coming loose when in use. I have tightened it many times but it still comes loose. This could be very dangerous

DO NOT BUY. the motor is so weak that the blade stops spinning when it comes in contact with the grass 😂. I don't have any pics to attach to my revtbc I let my kids dismantle this crap and play around with it as metal detectors 😂 don't make the same mistake I did
I broke the blades within seconds of use first time. Second time use I was able to reduce the unkempt growth down to manageable length, easier to see a black snake which is currently living around the house. Very impressed can't wait for next use as may get the grass back to look like a lawn. With the growth of spring there were hard growth plants and many bindi eye plants overgrown. I will be sharing it with a friend who has amore manageable lawn.
It's too lightweight for my grass. I only have the footpath to mow. It didn't cut didnt edge, ran out of battery quickly. Handle fell off all the time. The saw blade teeth are dull after its first use. Very disappointed. I went back to my neighbour's battery mower. The tool is a good idea but just doesn't work like your advertising says it does. It was a waste of money for me.
It has an overseas plug for electricity, which I wasn't expecting. Yes I can get one, but it's still kind of annoying. You should supply one with the product if it needs one.
I loved it for the first two months until it stopped working. It turns on, runs for 20 or so seconds then just turns off. So disappointing and an utter waste of money. If only it lasted.
The package arrived damaged. A ziplock plastic envelope inside was empty. I am missing nuts for the two wheels, an appropriate spanner (if applicable); a nut for a small bolt and I don’t know what else. The whipper snipper part assembled easily, and works fine but I can’t use the wheel part.
The unit appears to be what i was expecting however i am unable to use it as the battery charger was not sent with the package ordered. I have followed up with the supplier and had a request to send a photo of what was received, however since then i have not had any further response. I intend to follow up again today. Accordingly, the experience to date has been average at best.
It’s not cutting properly when used in our lawn
The plastic blades are not up to scratch but the metal blade works well. It’s light and easy to use but I don’t expect to get a long life out of it . Serves my purpose for now though

How could you improve? You could refund me 100% of my money, as opposed to the 30% you have offered me, for a product that is unfit for purpose. I have filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading & the ACCC.
Before I placed the order, I checked the delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered within three days after I placed the order. However, it took month to receive it. I tried contacting them via email and the phone number provided, but the phone number does not work. Since I couldn’t wait that long, I purchased something locally. Also, the motor is too small, and I don’t think it can cut grass properly. Therefore, I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs.
I am trying to return the item, unused, still in box according to the 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee and it has been over a week and I still haven't been provided with a return address.
