I was sent a different product that did not include items as described in my purchase. Customer service is terrible, they are refusing to give me instructions on how to return this unwanted item. This business does not operate within Australian consumer law.
How about sending what I paid for it’s blatant false advertising
It has nothing else to fit to my brush cutter. No instructions
False advertising did not state you need a tool to fit it on .l m getting a refund .and this came from china not Australia
BEWARE!!! The first photo I have attached was what I bought, the second photo attached was what I received - and they are nothing alike. There was no adapter kit included as the packaging promoted. In fact, my purchase has proved to me a complete waste of money. I have since written to the company and received a written apology. They requested photos or what I ordered, and what I received, saying they would get back to me. I am still waiting. Two days later I received their response. They claimed the two items were the same. What a shonky company. Beware!!!!
Expected the whole tool as advertised and received only a wheel that I can’t do anything with. Still waiting for an answer to my question as to ‘where is the rest of it’!! Very disappointed in the purchase.
Please Fully refund my order
Provide the product you advertise. No mounting hardware even though it clearly highlights on the box in the advertising. Packed in a box of a completely different product. Then when reached out advised mounting hardware isn’t included. Wish I saw other people’s reviews before ordering. Awaiting a refund. Absolute scam.
Do not buy anything from this company. The GardenMate is a company that would have had legal action if it was Australia based. False advertising about what's included, deceptive sales practice which processed a double order for me, no option to cancel an order, no response at all from my email request to cancel send 5 minutes after purchase. Save yourself frustration and buy your goods elsewhere!

This is an absolute joke and a massive scam! Cheap sh#t made in China! Doesn’t come with any fittings or instructions. How are we meant to use it! Gardenmate calling themselves an Australian Company is a joke! Should be ashamed of yourselves…. Total rip off!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Not what’s advertised and can’t fit as has no free adapter kit
Package came from China, not via Australia Post & locally as was indicated, its all damaged and missing pieces…..it nearly seems second hand Maybe it does what it claims but without all the pieces we can’t even try it I have requested a full refund, including the shipping fee, I dont care about the free stuff that came with it!
How about sending what people order nothing but false advertisement scammers
Sending what you advertise would be a good start. Please explain in what way does that attached pic resemble the advertised product? Where are the bushes, washer and nut pictured in the advertisement? How is one supposed to attach the wire wheel to ones wipper snipper without spending the second half of ones life cobbling up some dodgey half arsed attachment? If anyone expects to receive anything resembling what they see online they will be sadly mistaken. Furthermore if anyone is expecting plug and play with this product, guess again.
False advertising. Not the product advertised, no parts to fit to trimmer, no response to emails
Please send what I have paid for. This is not the advertised product. I have already brought this to your attention and have now been ignored. I am happy to tell the Internet this is a scam. Yes a scam Do not deal with this company Have a good day
The product I received is not what is advertised. The box was completely different, it only has 24 wire heads and not 32 as it says, it did not contain any of the attachments that are advertised in the photos or videos of the product - rendering it useless as I can’t connect it to a trimmer, and it contained no instructions. I emailed 1 week ago to seek a replacement or refund and have not heard back.
The product I received is not what was advertised. Totally different box, no adapters/attachments so cant be used. Advertised that it ships from Australia via Aust Post but it came from China and took forever to arrive. Contacted customer service to complain, they took forever to respond, asked for information that I had already provided and have got no reply after sending they the information again. Terrible service and blatant lies in their advertising.
No fittings arrived with my order #14546 derusting weeding wheel. It is useless without them , so I’ve wasted my money.
Bunch of Chinese Scammers, item came from China and nothing like the advertising.
Head came in this box without the needed attaxhements. I have reached out to support but have not had any response whatsoever. A very poor experience.
This is not what I ordered. There no hardware to fit to a line trimmer. Your company is a total rip off. Plus this product shipped from China. You are not an Australian product. Totally misleading company, which I will never use again.
These wire wheels meant to be mounted on the end of trimmer have a wide variety of uses from cleaning the concrete grooves, cracks etc. to removing scale and rust from ferrous metals or paint removal if you chose to do so. I can say these things really go into attack mode the moment you make contact with them on the end of your weed trimmer or even on your bench grinder.
Clean, consistent performance every time I use it.
Long lasting steel wire holds up season after season.
Setup took seconds. No tools, no hassle, just results.
Tolerates rocks, concrete edges, even rusty spots without fail.
This product is an excellent product to brush up weeds overgrown grass or just cleaning up an edge. I highly recommend this product!
Trimmed my yard in half the time, incredible durability.
No more string jams or replacements. Best upgrade ever!
Finally, a trimmer head that never snaps, the Iron Treamer just keeps going
I am really satisfied after using the wire mower blade. It's sturdy and safe, allowing you to work with confidence even in rough places. It removes weeds cleanly. I recommend it! I highly recommend it. Good.
Very suitable & practicle.
I did not receive an adapter kit with it so had to jerryrig it to fit
Nuts and bolts missing for mounting. Wire is unwinding considerably after 20mins of use. Tears grass and doesn’t cut through weeds.
Didn’t get the washers and other bits it’s supposed to have come with
Video shows mounting nuts and spacer. No such thing in the package. Also tricked me into buying other stuff i didn't need. Although i will say that once i got some Mudflap washers from the local hardware store i found the item fitted well and is very good quality i just wish i didn't buy the other items.
what u supplied is not what was advertised its a chinese branded part with no adapters in a different box
No connections were sent. It is totally useless. You marketed it that fits 98% of models and II presume it would but you provided no connections even though it shows it in the photo. The item sent is not the same as the one depicted in the picture. Different box, no connections.
